Quiet Layers

Recently, a new commissioned work found its home. This piece was born from trust, intuition, and a shared understanding of the kind of energy a painting can bring into a space.

For me, a commission is always more than just painting. It is a process where a person's story, the atmosphere of a space, and the inner rhythm of colors meet. Each work carries something unique within it, born for that particular person and that particular place.

In creating this painting, it was important to preserve movement, airiness, and inner tension, while at the same time creating balance and presence.

It is a special moment to see how a work finds its true home. No longer in the studio, but in someone's everyday life, amid light, walls, and silence.
